Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. All returns incur a $9.95 return fee per product and a 10% restocking fee. "Try Before You Buy" items do not have a restocking fee. Your return must meet the following conditions to get a refund:
- All returns must be pre-approved and an Acceptance of Satisfaction Guarantee must be on file before your return will be accepted.
- You have 30 days to request a prepaid return shipping label, after receiving your package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Item has to be shipped out within 5 days from us sending you a prepaid shipping label.
- Item must be unused, unaltered, not damaged, and in original packaging, otherwise the return might be voided.
- After receiving your package please open it carefully, so to not damage the box in case you need a return.
If the merchandise we receive meets the free return conditions we will refund your payment, less $9.95 per product. Depending on your financial institution it can take 2-10 days for the payment to appear in your bank account.
The return policy might be voided if the following conditions are not met. We will not accept returns requested after the 30-day period.
Return Policy (Payment Plan)
If you purchase your product with a payment plan, same return conditions apply, with these additional conditions:
- When you request a refund your payment plan will be paused.
- After we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, if it meets our return policy conditions your plan will be canceled and all charges will be refunded, less $9.95 per product.
- If you don't receive the product within 14 days of your order, you will be able to cancel your plan and receive a 100% refund.
All Basecage® products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any manufacturing defect claim should be filed via email at email@example.com directly along with a sales receipt.
If our products are deemed defective within the warranty period we will send you all necessary repair materials and tools to repair the product and if that is not possible we will replace it with a new one. There will be no cost to you.
Warranty is voided if the consumer fails to properly maintain the product, non-baseball/softball activities or in case of force majeure.
Please note that orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your shipment is en route it can longer be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will fall under our standard return policy.
We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipment. You must receive an acknowledgment from us confirming the cancellation. In the event of items being "oversold" a full refund will be issued.
Parts Missing or Damaged upon Receipt
Please be sure to contact us within 2 days of receipt should product parts be damaged or missing. We will take every effort to assist you in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible, and at no extra cost to you.
